Responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Engineer with hands-on carbon fiber experience to coordinate technical teams and deliver projects against quality, cost, timeline, and performance objectives. Key responsibilities- Drive the achievement of project objectives across quality, cost, timelines, and performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams within your area of responsibility.
- Define and track key milestones and deliverables.
- Identify technical or scheduling risks early, develop mitigation plans, and follow through to keep the project on track.
- Prepare and present technical issues, proposed solutions, trade-offs, and clear recommendations at client and internal project decision meetings.
- Document decisions and ensure the agreed actions are carried out.
Essential skills
- Proven experience working with carbon fiber is mandatory.
- Experience in plastics engineering and project delivery.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
