The role focuses on overseeing the entire quality engineering function, emphasizing automation to ensure improved control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to maintain high standards and drive innovation in testing practices, ensuring that deliverables meet the expected quality benchmarks efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align testing strategies with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts for complex data workflows.
- Strong knowledge of data validation techniques and data quality assurance in ETL processes.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Ability to analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
