Description
- Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Body Shop department.
- Solicits outside body & paint work.
- Passes technical and internal information to technicians and ensures clear storage of information.
- Ensures staff is trained to support all customer needs.
- Enforces company policy regarding work in progress.
- Keeps up to date with technical information and informs relevant stakeholders of any personnel requirements.
Minimum Education or Certifications Required
- High School degree or Equivalent
- ASE Certification preferred
Minimum Experience or Skills Required
- 5+ years experience in related field
- Previous management experience preferred
- Other previous experience preferred include areas such as auto body, ICAR, ICAR platinum, welding, and paint/refinishing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Good presentation skills
- Financial P&L knowledge
- Dedicated team player
