Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule of:

(7:30AM to 5:30PM) ~ (Monday – Friday)

Salary ranges from:

$50,000-$70,000

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Strong organization skills
• High aptitude for technology
• The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented
• Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft office applications
• An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and follow up on equipment movements in the system
• Monitor and place assignments for equipment by locations
• Create daily reports for distribution
• Update and follow up on Scale Project Tasks
• Create weekly Calibration Check report distribution
• Request new service with vendor
• Processes invoices related to scale vendor service requests
• Review current scale practices, procedures and reports for areas to improve
