Description
As a Video Producer at Shepley Bulfinch, you will be an integral part of our Marketing team, responsible for developing pre-production schedules and seeing projects all the way through post-production, for video productions and photography of our projects and teams. While this position is being advertised with a location of Boston, MA, it can also be 100% remote, or a hybrid role based out of any of our five studio locations.

How do you know if this role is right for you?
In this role, you will partner with Marketing and design project leadership to plan and produce video and photography projects from concept through completion. You will develop pre-production schedules, support concept development, scout locations, develop scripts, manage budgets, and oversee casting and consultant schedules. You will also coordinate production schedules among a building’s various consultants and vendors in close collaboration with Shepley’s project leadership and client leadership. You will also manage on-set logistics with production crews to keep projects on time and on budget, collaborate with stakeholders to guide editing, color correction, sound mixing, and other post-production needs, and complete post-production work for the Firm’s in-house projects. In addition, you will source and manage a national network of photographers to support the Firm’s portfolio, including headshots and other photography needs on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years' experience in video production in a professional setting, preferably within architecture, design, or creative industries
- Experience managing projects and coordinating with multiple vendors across varied project types
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, After Effects)
- Efficiency with motion graphics and video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, CapCut, or similar)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
