Hours & Benefits
- Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Core Responsibilities
- Diagnose irregularities involving plumbing, electrical, doors/locks, and other building systems.
- Perform comprehensive facility maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance for mechanical systems like HVAC, irrigation, and fire pumps.
- Ensure the professional appearance and cleanliness of all common areas, grounds, entrances, and parking facilities.
- Diagnose and repair irrigation systems including, controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, and well pump components
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs across the Company's local property portfolio.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in HVAC, plumbing, or irrigation systems.
- High degree of operational reliability and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for daily reporting and tenant interaction.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record for vehicle operation.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work Environment: This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. You will frequently be required to move between different areas of the facility and potentially travel to other local Company properties.
- Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. You must be able to lift and carry equipment or supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Proficiency in operating maintenance tools and equipment is required, along with the ability to safely navigate the property grounds and facilities.
