The Job
Assist team lead in various agency compliance and quality assurance duties for agency force, including but not limited to conducting monitoring reports, assist in suspected misconduct case investigation
Assist in drafting Agency Handbook and compliance manuals
Support the AML/ CTF program, including name screening, transaction monitoring
Handle ad hoc compliance tasks as assigned
The Person
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in insurance agency compliance.
Working knowledge in Insurance Ordinance.
Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and bilingual drafting skills
Detail-minded, mature, confident, self-motivated and able to work in fast paced environment.
A good team player & able to work proactively & independently.
Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
