Job Type: Part-time
Hours: 40 hours, bi-weekly
Schedule: 1st shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary:
Fulton County Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Oncology team. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN will provide essential care to selected patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer routine services and assist in the care of oncology patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Perform all physical activities as required, including those listed on the generic or special unit credentialing inventory.
- Engage in direct patient contact, providing compassionate care and support to oncology patients.

Requirements
- Licensure: Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from the State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
- Medication Administration: Must have proof of completion of a course in medication administration approved by the Board of Nursing of Ohio. Acceptable proof includes NAPNES card, OOPNE card, or Ohio Board of Nursing card.
- Skills: Must be physically able to perform all required activities and have a preference for working directly with patients.
