Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: Mon/Wed/Thu in office) 

Position Summary

Pavone Group is looking for a bold, collaborative Art Director to join our quench team in Atlanta. You will partner with copywriters, strategists, and creative leads to translate briefs into multi-channel campaigns spanning TV, digital, social media, print, motion graphics, and pitch materials. You will drive both big-picture concepting and hands-on design, with pixel-perfect production execution for our food and beverage marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Concepting & Art Direction

• Partner with copywriters and strategists to generate original ideas across traditional and digital touchpoints that align with brand strategies and guidelines.

Design & Digital/Print Production

• Create assets across display banners, social content, motion graphics, print, packaging, and collateral.
• Set up files correctly, including aspect ratios and color specs.

Pitch Visuals & Deck Design

• Craft visually engaging decks, mockups, and pitch materials in Google Slides for new business presentations.

Asset & Project Execution

• Organize and maintain campaign assets.
• Incorporate feedback under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of agency or in-house art direction/production experience preferred.
• Expert, daily-use proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects.
• Google Workspace, including Google Slides, which we use for decks and pitch materials.
• AI prompting skills for image and creative generation. At Pavone, you will work in Grunt, our internal AI platform, in place of other tools you may be used to.
• Production knowledge: print specs, mechanical setup, digital aspect ratios, and social platform best practices.
• Core competencies: passion, resourcefulness, respect, clear communication, and an inventive mindset that stays on top of industry trends.

Nice to Have

• Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience building HTML5 animated digital banners

• $70,000, based off experience.

Travel Requirements

Occasional interoffice travel to Harrisburg, PA and Philadelphia, PA, plus potential conference and seminar travel.

Schedule & Hybrid Work Model

You will work from our Atlanta office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
