The Opportunity

As the Senior Trade Marketing Manager – OTC, you will develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive value and volume sales, offtake, market share, profitability, and sustainable growth across the OTC channel, while aligning with overall business priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Develop trade marketing strategies and execution plans of OTC channel to achieve value & volume sales, offtake, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall business priorities.
• Maximize Abbott Nutrition trade sales and margin revenue through the effective management and execution of trade marketing activities, including ideation, planning and budgeting, execution and implementation of campaign activities, point of sales materials and promotions, and resource allocation with optimal management of resource mix.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to create trade marketing campaigns including brand campaigns, loyalty programs, and promotional activities that deliver customized value propositions.
• Drive brand awareness and profitability through the execution of distribution, merchandising, promotion and pricing strategies and visibilities at end-consumer levels.
• Lead execution and tracking processes with cross-functional teams and external parties to deliver timely and quality reporting on reimbursement, execution and activity, distribution and visibility, and other KPIs.
• Secure necessary approvals and ensure business compliance in line with company policies and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and executing trade marketing strategies within OTC, FMCG, consumer healthcare, nutrition, pharmacy, or related industries.
• Strong capability in trade marketing planning, budgeting, campaign execution, and promotional management.
• Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive distribution, merchandising, promotion, pricing, and visibility initiatives.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and experience ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Experience managing multiple OTC channel landscapes, including wholesalers, pharmacies, and e-commerce platforms, is preferred.
