Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Senior Staff Engineer Layout and Mask Design, you will lead analog layout work packages in mixed-signal IC development projects, collaborating closely with analog design teams across different sites and driving technical excellence throughout the layout development process. Lead the overall analog layout work package within development projects, including planning, tracking and technical oversight  Contribute to  chip floor planning and area estimation Interface closely with local and international analog design teams to ensure successful layout development and integration  Develop  block and macro layouts through placement and routing of electrical devices according to schematics  Drive the development of analog top layouts  for mixed-signal IC circuits, considering conditions related to matching, wire sizing, parasitics and other critical boundary conditions  Perform physical verification activities , including LVS and DRC checks, and interface with external mask houses when required  Utilize  state-of-the-art CAD tools and advanced layout techniques to optimize development efficiency, including the generation of bonding diagrams Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You are a proactive and structured professional with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in multinational, cross-functional development teams. You are open to sharing your experience and driving technical excellence through close cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree  in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field  8+ years of experience in semiconductor development with a focus on focus on layout of analog and/or mixed-signal IC circuits Experience with automated top-level integration flows is an advantage  Experience in coordinating and supporting other team members  within project environments  Solid knowledge of electronics  and experience working in UNIX/Linux environments  Hands-on experience with CAD tools such as L-Edit, Virtuoso XL, Virtuoso Layout Editor, Orcad, Allegro, Protel, CADSTAR, P-CAD or Mentor Graphics solutions  Fluency in English (mandatory) Please send us your CV in English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
