Job Summary/Objective:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Manager to drive bulk diesel and lubricants sales for a non-OMC Oil & Gas company operating across the midstream and downstream sectors. The primary responsibility is to secure recurring, high-volume business through the acquisition of large corporate and industrial accounts, negotiation of long-term supply contracts, and establishment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning substantial B2B contracts, developing strategic client relationships, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for bulk diesel and lubricants.
- Identify, pursue, and secure large-volume corporate, industrial, and commercial accounts.
- Win recurring business through long-term supply agreements, contracts, and SLAs.
- Build and maintain relationships with procurement heads, business owners, fleet operators, industrial clients, and key decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
- Develop a sustainable sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure reliable deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to management.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline; MBA will be an advantage.
- 8–15 years of progressive sales and business development experience.
- Preferably experienced in Oil & Gas, petroleum products, bulk fuel supply, lubricants, industrial sales, or fuel distribution.
- Demonstrated ability to secure large-volume B2B contracts and recurring commercial accounts.
- Experience negotiating long-term supply agreements, SLAs, and strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to independently develop business and deliver measurable sales results.

- Work Timings: 9 am - 5:30 pm
- Work Days: Monday - Saturday (alternate Saturday off)
