Job Description Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of soft services including housekeeping, security, catering, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and front office reception.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of service standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Handle vendor contracts, manage service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with internal departments to address specific soft service requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain records related to soft service activities, expenditures, and vendor performance.
• Support budget planning and monitor expenses related to soft services.
• Lead, train, and supervise the soft services team to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.
• Implement sustainability initiatives and ensure eco-friendly practices are followed.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations related to soft services and escalate issues when necessary.
• Generate reports on service performance, incidents, and improvement plans for management review.
• Awareness of EHS-related soft services.
• Manpower Management (Support Staff) and Data management

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in managing soft services within corporate, hospitality, or facilities management environments.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to soft services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and facility management software tools.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
