Project Manager – Client Onboarding & KYC

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner/Project Manager to drive business transformation initiatives within Wealth Management, focusing on client onboarding and maintenance platforms. This role will work closely with business, technology, operations, and compliance teams to deliver process improvements and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering and planning through UAT, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, business requirements, and system enhancements.
• Conduct business analysis, map workflows, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare project updates and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and resolve project issues.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or product development within financial services.
• Experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Retail Banking is preferred.
• Exposure to client onboarding, KYC/AML, or client lifecycle management is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of business requirements, workflow mapping, UAT, and technology implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies or data quality management is a plus.
