Title: Associate Attorney, Litigation (Plaintiff Personal Injury)
Location: Austin, TX
Compensation: $110k+ (DOE)
An established plaintiff personal injury firm is adding a Litigation Associate to its Austin office. You'll own a caseload from filing through trial, working closely with senior trial attorneys.
What you'll do
- Manage a plaintiff PI litigation caseload from filing through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs
- Take and defend depositions, and work with experts
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Keep clients updated on their case
What you bring
- 2+ years of litigation experience, plaintiff PI preferred
- Active Texas bar license (required)
- Strong writing, research, and case management skills
Details: Austin, TX (on-site), full time. Base salary $110,000.
