HVAC Service Manager Wanted

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
• Salary: $70,000–$100,000, plus bonus incentives based on team performance and KPIs.
• Leadership role: Guide, mentor, and develop a team of HVAC service technicians.
• Growth opportunity: Continued opportunity to take on broader responsibility as Elevate grows.
• Schedule: No overnight or Sunday service calls.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead, develop, and manage a team of HVAC service technicians to support strong performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and technical support, including call-by-call coaching.
• Oversee daily service department operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and workflow.
• Monitor department KPIs, including job completion, average ticket, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with complex troubleshooting and support accurate diagnoses and effective solutions.
• Ensure team members follow safety protocols and applicable regulations and codes.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.
• Work with company leadership to set goals, identify opportunities, and support continued growth.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• At least 5 years of residential HVAC service experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven leadership skills and a record of coaching and developing technicians.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Experience with call-by-call coaching and a strong background in Nexstar systems and best practices.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan and service department performance metrics.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• The ability to solve problems and remain professional under pressure.
