Housekeeping Supervisor

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about maintaining high standards, leading a team, and creating a clean, welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This includes ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently met, supporting and coaching team members, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Previous experience in Long Term Care centers is preferred.


Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position

Shift: Days

Wage Range: $26 - $27 / hour depending on experience.

Location: 930 West 16th Street Hastings, MN 55033

We are located near the cities of Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, South St. Paul, Rosemount, Woodbury and Prescott, Wisconsin.

Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervision over both housekeepers and laundry aides
• Order inventories linens, supplies and chemicals and all supplies for facility cleaning
• Assigns and schedules housekeepers
• Assist in cleaning resident rooms, restrooms, day rooms and dining rooms, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing and trash removal.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• 1-year experience in housekeeping and healthcare setting required.
• Skilled Nursing Faclity/Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Supervisory/Management experience preferred.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Enjoys working independently and as a team player.
• Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.
