Position Summary
El Representante de Servicio al Cliente (CSR) da respuesta a las solicitudes de los clientes asignados a su nombre o territorio, atender solicitudes sobre los productos y servicios de la organización, determina el mejor método para resolver los problemas asegurando la satisfacción del cliente, adhiriéndose a las políticas de la organización; función clave para el cumplimiento de metas del departamento.
Essential Responsibilities
- Realizar el procesamiento de órdenes diariamente.
- Diaria interacción con clientes internos y externos.
- Asistir en el sostenimiento de las metas anuales establecidas.
- Administración y planeación del Backlog del cliente.
- Manejo diario y seguimiento a ordenes en especial expeditaciones.
- Coordinación de RMA’S.
- Respuestas por teléfono el mismo dia.
- Comunicarse con los clientes y mantener influencia por apalancamiento para desarrollar el negocio.
- Actuar como enlace dentro de ITT en apoyo del cliente y representantes Manufactureros.
- Desarrollar otros deberes que sean asignados.
Position Requirements
EDUCATION:
- Licenciatura y/o equivalente combinación de experiencia laboral.
EXPERIENCE:
- Más de 3 años de experiencia previa en servicio al cliente en un ambiente de manufactura.
- Apto en manejo de Microsoft Excel y Word.
- Excelente habilidad en servicio al cliente, resolución de problemas y habilidad de negociación.
- Habilidades efectivas en comunicación y por escrito.
- Orientado al detalle y a trabajos con un alto grado de precisión.
- Habilidad para desarrollar multi-tareas, tácticamente bajo situaciones tensas y difíciles.
LANGUAGES: 100% bilingüe inglés - español fluido y con calidad en escritura. Preferentemente.
