Job Scope

Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of production equipment and related systems to ensure safe, stable, and efficient equipment operation. Through preventive maintenance, failure analysis, and improvement projects, continuously enhance equipment availability, production efficiency, and product yield, providing reliable equipment support for manufacturing operations. Work closely with Production, Process, Quality, and other teams to drive equipment performance optimization and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Repair

• Responsible for preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting repair of production equipment and related systems to ensure continuous and stable operation;
• Develop and execute equipment maintenance plans to reduce equipment failure rates and downtime;
• Respond to equipment abnormalities on the production floor and complete fault diagnosis and troubleshooting in a timely manner;
• Establish and maintain equipment maintenance records, repair histories, and related technical documentation.

Equipment Failure Analysis & Improvement

• Conduct equipment Failure Analysis, identify root causes, and drive the implementation of corrective actions;
• Evaluate equipment operating conditions and propose and implement equipment optimization plans to improve equipment Availability, production Capability, and product Yield;
• Monitor equipment operating data, analyze performance trends, and continuously improve equipment reliability and stability;
• Lead or participate in key equipment improvement projects and technology upgrade projects.

Production Support & Operational Assurance

• Provide equipment technical support for manufacturing operations and ensure smooth execution of production plans;
• Collaborate with Production, Process, Quality, and other departments to resolve equipment-related issues;
• Support new equipment installation, commissioning, validation, and production ramp-up activities;
• Ensure equipment operation complies with safety, quality, and company requirements.

Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Provide daily technical guidance and knowledge sharing to technicians and new employees;
• Prepare and update equipment maintenance standards, operating procedures, and training materials;
• Continuously learn and master new equipment, new technologies, and advanced maintenance methodologies.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in non-standard automation production line projects;
• Proficient in mainstream PLC and fieldbus communication systems, manipulators, industrial robots, and vision systems, with strong programming capabilities in related software;
• Skilled in electrical system design, cost estimation, team management, and project coordination;
• Strong business communication and project management skills, with the ability to communicate independently with customers;
• Proficient in commonly used design software, including SolidWorks, Pro/E, EPLAN, and AutoCAD;
• Capable of independently managing project initiation, planning, execution, and production ramp-up implementation, following up process stability validation, leading cross-functional collaboration, and demonstrating strong communication and risk identification skills;
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with good English communication skills.
