What You'll Do:
- SELL HVAC SYSTEMS - run warm sales call leads whenever the customer is available.
- Position yourself to do a one call close every time.
- Run the sales process Wolfer's teaches.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep your sales skills sharp and stay up-to-date on our products and services.
- Be the local expert in your market area, understanding what customers need and how we can meet those needs.

- Unafraid of discomfort: Comfortable with being uncomfortable - overcoming every objection until you can close the deal or the customer tells you "no".
- Highly Organized: You’re great at managing multiple tasks and making sure everything gets done with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable Presenting: You can confidently present ideas, making a positive impression every time to any kind of homeowner.
- Outgoing & Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and love connecting with new people.
- Flexible - Willing to work during the following days: Tuesday - Saturday, Wednesday - Sunday, or a Saturday - Wednesday.
