Your role in Baxter

Supervise the import and export process for goods and handling customs clearance with the relevant authorities, running all documentation, and adhering to required deadlines and costs.
 

What you'll be doing

• Supervise the import and export processes, providing and verifying the necessary documents, as well as supervising the bureaucratic process;

• Analyze export processes, monitor the assumption, compare the forecast against the real, demonstrate the results, issue opinions and support decision-making;

• Supervise shipments with providers;

• Check the accuracy of the amounts of received invoices and release them;

• Analyze the tariffs of the main shipping companies and air freight forwarders;

• Informs about costs and results for the areas involved;

• Receive proforma and instruct the shipment of goods for logistics, planning and correspondence, in accordance with current legislation;

• Supervise the registration and liquidation of goods before the Federal Tax Service;

• Supervise the contracting of pre-negotiated merchandise, following established procedures.

What you'll bring
• Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade or equivalent.
• Advanced English (obligatory)
• Knowledge in legislation on foreign trade, customs legislation and foreign exchange.
• Experience in monitoring the import and export of goods, authorization with competent agencies, control of all documentation, compliance with deadlines and due costs.
