Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) for Community Counseling Solutions in Arlington, Oregon.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy in a community-based setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team
• Practice with clinical autonomy while supported by an experienced behavioral health team

COMPENSATION
• $73,900-$111,600 Annual Salary
• $4,000 Relocation Assistance
SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities

Requirements
• Active Oregon Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) License REQUIRED
• Experience Providing Therapy to Children, Adults, Couples, and Families Preferred
• Strong Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Documentation Skills
• Ability to Practice Independently While Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team
• Commitment to Community-Based Behavioral Healthcare
