DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to play a key role in supporting and modernising our global IT environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our infrastructure, supporting end users across multiple global locations, and helping drive our transition towards a modern workplace. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a broad range of technologies while making a direct impact on business productivity and continuity.

As our IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our technology estate while contributing to long-term improvement initiatives.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a customer-first mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will:

  • Drive the change from individual services to unified and simplified solutions to all regions, converting to modern workplace environment.

  • Support modern technologies for all users across local and global offices.

  • Assess and improve the services we offer to our business units in line with their regional requirements and our global scale.

  • Support the day-to-day operation of all technology or telecommunication devices (hardware, software, network, internet, and phone) across our IT Service Management (asset, incident, problem, and change management)

  • Assist troubleshooting, maintenance, and expansion of the network infrastructure (Layer 2 - Layer 7) principally on Fortinet System 

  • Continuously evaluate current configurations and improve where needed.

  • Ensuring accurate and timely resolution of incidents and requests in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Actively promote excellent customer service for all front-line service delivery, constantly seeking ways to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal IT Support Engineer will:

  • Have a degree in relevant IT field or have equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in IT support

  • Have strong working knowledge of Windows and Macintosh.

  • Understand Windows server roles (AD DS, AD FS, DNS and DHCP) as well as networked workstations (LAN, WAN, WLAN).

  • Basic understanding in network design for multi-office environment.

  • Have experience in wireless networks and troubleshooting wireless issues.

  • Knowledge of firewalls and switches (Fortinet) is an advantage, but not mandatory.

  • Experience in Process automation and or AI would be beneficial but not essential

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • High level of attention to detail, whilst working in a fast-moving team.

  • A proactive team player, who is keen to share ideas and use initiative

  • Must have excellent written and verbal Polish and English language skills
