This position reports to:
Project Lead Engineer__
Your Role: Own the Challenge
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute technical assignments. Each day, you will deliver technical solutions as per agreed timeline and standards using established solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the development of technical expertise solutions and services.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the NEMA Motors division in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Determining offered solutions and product versions, including the extent of standard and non-standard solution scope to meet customer requirements.
Working independently using solid competency in technologies, tools, and methods to solve critical issues.
Supporting technical reviews and participating in core technical meetings.
Coordinating technical support for the resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications for the role
1-2 years of professional experience.
SAP management
Office management
Knowledge in motors
Lean manufacturing projects experience
AutoCAD or similar tool experience as desirable
