About the job

 

1. Safety, Health & Environment (EHS)

• Accountable for overall Safety management including safety inspections, incident investigations, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Responsible for Energy, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement.

• Prepare and submit safety reports in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

 

2. Food Safety & Quality Management

• Accountable for Food Safety and GMP compliance, including regular inspections and audits.

• Lead quality investigations, Non-Conformance (NC) reporting, and implementation of CAPA.

• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality systems across operations.

 

3. Production & Process Improvement

• Lead loss improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize overall operational performance.

• Drive process control, process analysis, and process development to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing operations.

• Minimize operational issues by improving man–machine–method (3M) to strengthen process robustness.

• Manage change control related to process and machinery improvements or self-initiated in production line

 

4. Machinery & Engineering

• Responsible for machinery and production equipment improvement.

• Lead new machine installation projects, including planning, execution, and commissioning.

 

5. SAP & Master Data Management

• Manage master data (Material Master, BOM, Routing, Recipe, Process Master) with accuracy and consistency.

• Ensure accurate SAP transactions for all production-related activities.

• Monitor and verify data integrity, completeness, and correctness in the SAP system.

 

6. Inventory & Stock Accuracy

• Accountable for stock accuracy, including cycle count and physical stock count processes.

• Ensure alignment between system data and actual inventory at all times.

 

7. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly reports and conduct data analysis to support decision-making.

• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data trends.

 

About You

• Bachelor’ s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Science
• At least 5 years’ experience in Operations process improvement and machine equipment improvement and installation
• Understand production process, background with Food Industry/FMCG would be advantage
• Good command of English and computer literacy
• Able to relocate to work in Bangplee Industrial estate – samut prakarn
