Review customer specifications / datasheets / RFQs to ensure compliance , Suggest optimized solutions based on process and analyzer requirement and
to prepare technical/ commercial proposals
Coordinate with product lab for arranging application approval and pricing.
Coordinate with sub vendors for pricing of buyout components .
Prepare cost sheets including analyser, sampling system components, accessories, engineering, and services.
Prepare supportive documents for proposal including technical write-ups, RFQ compliance, highlight the deviation/clarification/information required if any , relevant calculations etc.,
Provide technical clarifications to customers and internal teams during bidding stage.
Work closely with sales, project engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Ensure proposals meet applicable standards (API, ASTM, IEC, etc.) and customer requirements.
