The Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to support both business analysis and finance-related operations. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing AI company evaluates markets, structures decisions, and manages financial and stakeholder documentation, while supporting the Business and Finance teams with analytical and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare materials for corporate presentations.
• Assist with tasks related to financial operations and stakeholder documentation.
• Track and follow up on confidentiality agreements and related documentation.
• Support the preparation of simple financial trackers, reports, and internal updates.
• Help organize files and maintain documentation systems.
• Update and maintain stakeholder information in the company's CRM tool to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Help manage meeting pipelines: scheduling, tracking status, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Research, analyze, and monitor factors relevant to our industry, and inform recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs.
• Contribute to planning and designing business processes, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide analytical support and ad-hoc support to the Finance and Leadership teams as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Organized, analytical, and results-oriented, with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data management tools.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
