We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to lead our IT team in Germany and Romania. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our ISO 27001 certification, shape how AI tools are used across the company, and support Greencells’ continued growth in Europe.

Your mission

• Lead our IT team, including the helpdesk colleagues in Germany and Romania, and set priorities for daily IT operations 
• Take ownership of our ISO 27001 certification together with our external partner and keep the management system running afterwards 
• Coordinate the IT part of the annual audit, including IT controls, access reviews and documentation
•  Manage our software licenses such as Microsoft 365 and Business Central and keep costs and contracts under control 
• Steer our external IT service providers, especially for infrastructure and network 
• Drive & develop our AI tools across the company and make sure they are used in line with our AI policy and data protection rules 
• Set up and maintain IT policies, processes and documentation 
• Work closely with the Finance team on Business Central topics and with all departments on new digital tools

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or IT governance, ideally in a mid-sized international company 
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, IT audits or comparable compliance frameworks 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft licensing 
• Experience leading a small team and working with external service providers 
• Solid AI knowledge is essential: hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude and the ability to roll them out safely and effectively across a company 
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus • Fluent English is a must, German and Romanian language skills are a plus 
• Structured, pragmatic and able to explain IT topics to non-IT colleagues
• A responsible, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work, with the ability to apply professional expertise effectively in day-to-day activities
• A commitment to respectful, trusting collaboration and mutual support within the team
