This Position reports to:

AR Team Lead

 

We are looking for a motivated O2C Collections Intern to join our Order-to-Cash (O2C) team. This role offers hands-on experience in accounts receivable, collections, and customer account management within an international finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily collections activities and follow up on outstanding customer invoices
• Monitor customer accounts and assist in reducing overdue receivables
• Communicate with customers regarding payment status and collection-related queries
• Support account reconciliations, cash application, and clearing activities
• Prepare collection reports and analyze aging balances
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems

Requirements

• Active student status, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good English (written and spoken)
