Senior ServiceNow Developer/Engineer (TS/SCI with CI Poly Clearance Required)

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join our team, responsible for delivering and supporting large-scale ServiceNow implementations in a secure environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep ServiceNow expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively within Agile teams. Must have an TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance to be considered.  

Required Experience Include

• Expert-level ServiceNow engineering experience, with a demonstrated track record delivering similar scope projects, strong troubleshooting/solutioning skills, and technical documentation abilities
• Experience configuring tools that provide end-to-end visibility, monitoring, and analytics (e.g., AppDynamics, Dynatrace), including integration of virtualized applications and application streaming/layering techniques
• Experience leading and overseeing a total system perspective, including technical understanding of the relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud services, infrastructure, and security domains
• Understanding of security-related requirements in secure environments, with familiarity in Agile methodologies and the ability to accurately decompose tasks into Jira stories
• Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management, TeamWork Cloud/Cameo, Microsoft Project, and/or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM
• Must have an TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance to be considered.  
• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Must possess ServiceNow Certification(s
• Must meet DoD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification at minimum)
