Description
Hiring: Operations Supervisor / Shift Supervisor (Night Shift)
Salary :5900
Rotation :60/30
Requirements:
- Graduation or Secondary School Certificate with relevant experience
- Supervisory experience in Offshore Operations, Logistics, Oil & Gas, or related field
- HSE Qualification (IOSH or above)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
- PC Literate and familiar with Quality Management Systems
- Willing to work night shifts on a rotational offshore basis
Responsibilities:
- Supervise offshore operations and lifting activities during the night shift
- Ensure compliance with QHSE and safety procedures
- Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and operations teams
- Monitor workforce performance and operational efficiency
- Report incidents, near misses, and operational updates
- Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule
