This position reports to:
Local Division Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division in BeLux. Main stakeholders are Service coordination Team, Back end Sales Team, Legal Team, Local Division Manager & Management Team.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Penetrating into IB, promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions of the Motion Service Portfolio to the benefit of the customers and ABB.
- Understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and preparing sales plans, Account plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed.
- Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
- Acting as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).

Qualifications for the role
- You enjoy working with relavant tools as Salesforce and ABB tools to identify potentials and bring, pitch our solutions to the customers in the industry market
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in Technical Service Sales with 1-2 years of experience
- Possess an enhanced knowledge in Salesforce, MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- You are passionate about customer engagement, consultative selling, and helping customers improve the reliability and performance of theirs installed base. you are captivated by turning technical challenges into business opportunities and are innovative around developing value-added service solutions that support customers troughout the lifecycle of their equipment.
- Degree in a technical field such as Power Electronics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline combined with a strong commercial mindset.
- You are at ease communicating in Dutch, French and English
- You hold current Driving License B valid in BeLux
