About the role

As our Strategy Manager, you'll work closely with the Chief Marketing and Product Officer Leadership Team to help develop and drive the strategic agenda across Product and Marketing Development. You'll support the execution of key corporate strategy streams, provide insight and reporting for senior leaders, and help tackle complex challenges from an end-to-end perspective. This is an opportunity to influence high-impact initiatives while working at the heart of long-term business planning and execution.

Required Qualifications

• Delivered strategic analysis that informed business decisions and long-term priorities
• Applied advanced Excel skills to structure, analyse, and communicate complex information
• Developed marketing strategy recommendations within a corporate or consulting environment
• Led projects with multiple workstreams and clear business outcomes
• Built experience within a top-tier management consultancy or a marketing strategy function in an FMCG business
• Managed stakeholder relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers

Preferred Qualifications

• Contributed to strategic initiatives connected to product development
• Supported executive-level presentations and strategic reporting

Life on the team

You'll join the Strategy & Transformation team, a group of six strategy professionals based across Billund and Copenhagen. We work closely together, with regular team touchpoints and weekly peer connections that keep ideas flowing across locations. Our hybrid rhythm combines focused individual work with meaningful collaboration. You'll be part of a team that values clear communication, strong analytical thinking, and a strategic perspective when approaching challenges.

What success looks like

Success means becoming a trusted partner on strategic initiatives that shape the future of Product and Marketing Development. You'll help deliver critical priorities tied to the organisation's long-term ambitions while building strong relationships with senior vice presidents, vice presidents, and colleagues across the business. Over time, you'll be recognised for bringing clarity to complex questions and helping the team make progress on its most important strategic goals.
