As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and follow site procedures for admitting authorized personnel and/or directing guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Maintain awareness of changing conditions throughout the location and report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and other security-related concerns through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
