Join a team that helps clients make informed choices about health and benefits. In this role, you will use data, analysis, and clear communication to support plan design, pricing, and reporting. Your work will help clients understand their options and make decisions that support their people and their business.
How you'll make an impact
- Help clients compare health and benefits options with clear, accurate analysis.
- Turn complex data into simple, useful insights for clients and internal partners.
- Support proposals, reporting, and financial reviews that guide smart decisions.
- Work with carrier partners to review quotes, confirm details, and support negotiations.
- Build budget projections that help clients plan with confidence.
- Create presentations that explain findings in a clear and professional way.
- Support self-funded clients with timely and reliable deliverables.
- Partner across teams to keep work moving smoothly and on time.
- Help maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal colleagues.
- Stay current on health insurance trends and changing regulations.
- Contribute to a team that values accuracy, service, and thoughtful problem-solving.
About you
- You have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience on the broker or carrier side in health and benefits.
- You understand employee benefits funding methods, including self-funding.
- You are comfortable working with carrier reporting systems.
- You use Microsoft Office well, and you are confident in Excel.
- You bring strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers, data, and financial details.
- You communicate clearly with clients, teammates, and leaders.
- You manage deadlines well and stay organized across multiple priorities.
- You work well both independently and as part of a team.
- You are comfortable presenting information in a clear and professional way.
- You are open to learning new systems and adapting as needs change.
- Experience with medium to large fully insured clients is helpful.
- A background in math, economics, or finance can be useful, but it is not the only path to success.
