Web Support Developer

We are hiring a Website Support/Developer who is responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of Erickson's websites, digital marketing platforms, and related technical solutions. This individual will support Drupal and WordPress websites, email templates, marketing automations, landing pages, and other digital experiences while partnering with business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver ongoing enhancements and operational support.

This job is primarily remote with occasional required travel to Baltimore and our senior living communities as needed. 

How you will make an impact:

• Work with website production staff, freelance developers, and select vendors in their daily activities. Provide support and assistance with ongoing web, digital marketing, and customer communication initiatives.
• Responsible for supporting and maintaining web page interfaces, landing pages, email templates, automated customer journeys, and related implementation within Drupal, WordPress, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Work with website designers to implement new design themes, web pages, email templates, and digital experiences from provided design files within Drupal, WordPress, and related marketing technologies.
• Assist designers with less web experience with the process of producing web-ready and email-ready assets from static designs created in InDesign, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Work alone or with a design partner to provide clear layouts and reusable components that can be readily converted to HTML/CSS files, web pages, email templates, and digital applications.
• Work closely with advertising and marketing teams to ensure up-to-date web content, email communications, and digital assets across all community websites and marketing channels.
• Perform, document, and test requested website, email, and marketing technology updates as submitted. Maintain technical documentation, process guides, and related knowledge-sharing resources.
• Support and troubleshoot marketing automation processes, email templates, dynamic content, and related scripting or query-based technologies. Experience with tools such as AMPscript and SQL is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
• Track, report, and test browser optimization, website performance, and digital experience enhancements while identifying opportunities to improve Erickson's online presence.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting the creation, testing, deployment, and analysis of email campaigns and customer journeys.

Compensation: $80,000 – 90,000 per year plus eligibility for annual bonus.

What you will need:

• Minimum of 5 years of website design and development experience is required.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, marketing automation, content management systems, email development, customer journey orchestration, or related technologies is preferred.
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, SQL, or similar scripting and query languages is a plus. A demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new technologies is required.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to create and maintain technical and business process documentation.
