1. Vendor Management
Contacts, liaises, plan, communicates with vendors for :
- work planning and preparation,
- ensuring completeness of necessary documentation
- site access, arrangements,
- coordination with related parties (other vendors, user/client, other stakeholders)
- work execution monitoring and supervision,
- verify and acceptance of work done
- compliance to post execution requirements
2. Client communication
- Main POC at site
3. JLL Process
- Comply with JLL safe work processes
- Utilise Corrigo
- Manage site team
- Manage vendor admin
