Overview
As Program Support Manager in Mumbai, you'll provide technical leadership for agriculture, regenerative agriculture, climate-resilient farming, natural resource management, farmer producer organizations (FPOs), market systems, and rural livelihoods programs. You'll support project teams in identifying innovative approaches and technologies to improve farmer productivity, resilience, incomes, and market access. Lead technical reviews and quality assurance processes while identifying opportunities for integrating sustainable practices into programs. Support design and development of agriculture and livelihoods programs from concept through implementation. Build strategic partnerships with government departments, agricultural universities, private sector companies, and development organizations. Requires expertise in agricultural development, program management, and stakeholder engagement in the Indian context.
