What you'll focus on

• Establish and strengthen relationships with marketplaces and ecosystem partners
• Position Locad as a certified warehouse partner across relevant marketplaces
• Build and formalise strategic cooperation agreements with ecosystem partners
• Generate inbound business opportunities through channel partnerships
• Organise and manage marketing events, ecosystem activities, and partner engagements
• Represent Locad as a key external-facing stakeholder within the industry
• Collaborate with internal teams to support partnership growth and market expansion
• Maintain a strong understanding of certified warehouse processes and cross-border logistics operations
• Identify new partnership opportunities within the e-commerce and logistics ecosystem

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partnerships, or business development within the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem
• Strong understanding of SPN, certified warehouse processes, freight forwarding, and cross-border logistics operations
• Experience working with marketplaces, ecosystem partners, and logistics stakeholders
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and public relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Extroverted, approachable, and confident in external-facing engagements
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
