Facility: Ascension St. Vincent's St. Johns County Hospital 

Schedule: Day shift | PRN

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Perform complex cardiac diagnostic procedures and hemodynamic assessments to identify pathology.

• Operate and calibrate imaging equipment to capture high-resolution anatomical data.

• Maintain strict compliance with safety standards and regulatory quality control protocols.

• Coordinate patient positioning and ensure prompt, accurate image submission to PACS.

• Oversee clinical environment integrity and troubleshoot technical equipment limitations.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Sonography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Sonography Tech specializing in Cardiac credentialed from the Cardiovascular CredentialingInternational (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Any specialty is applicable.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
