Overview
As a GBS Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing documents according to provided work instructions, processing audit report packs in GBS systems, generating and issuing certificates, checking submitted documents, and issuing invoices to clients. The role involves performing various administrative tasks efficiently and accurately. You'll need a Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of experience in back office activities with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and process data in various IT applications. Fresh graduates with part-time or scholastic achievements may also be considered. Key skills include strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to produce clear reports, excellent English communication skills, customer focus, adaptability to change, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
