Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Business Development to drive growth and expand our market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of industry dynamics, excellent organizational skills, and comprehensive product knowledge.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and report on progress to senior management.
* Represent Hwa Sun (Jiangmen) Co Ltd at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and strategies.
* Utilize Microsoft Office suite effectively for reporting, presentations, and data management.

Job Qualifications**

* Proven experience in business development or a related field, preferably within our industry.
* Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* Demonstrated product knowledge and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
