Supervise and analyze the performance of the mechanization process in all PSM (Production Site Management) which includes monitoring the implementation of Plan Maintenance (PM03), evaluating performance data against the established budget, and ensuring alignment with company targets
Job Description :
Monitoring performance Plan Maintenance (PM03)
Monitoring and analyzing Mechanization data all PSM – Output / Utility / RA, etc (actual vs budget)
Monitoring the target of Mechanization implementation VS Realization of PSM budget (Budget vs Actual)
Developing every report / data requirement to ensure easy access, easy to understand and in accordance with the company's Target
Creating an Analysis report on the implementation of mechanization in all PSM
(Breakdown time analysis, Analysis of tool performance trends, etc.)Escalating problem indications based on monitoring results on Output / Utility / RA, etc
Job Requirement:
Bachelor Degree: Agronomy
Able to solve problems, have strong analytical skills, and good technical / agronomy knowledge
Have good communication and collaboration skills with related departments / divisions
Have good judgment and the ability to filter insights from various sources of information
