HR Analyst & Admin Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to join our team as an HR Analyst & Admin Assistant.
This hybrid role is primarily focused on Human Resources operations, while also supporting sales and office administration activities. We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience who enjoys working in an international environment and collaborating across different functions.

Key Responsibilities
HR Analyst (50%)
- Manage employee contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
- Support timesheet reviews, overtime tracking, and Time Bank monitoring.
- Coordinate vacation planning with managers.
- Track medical certificates, absences, and employee records.
- Support HR reporting and data accuracy.
- Act as the main liaison with the HR team in Budapest.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Analyst or similar HR role.
Office Administration & Sales Support (50%)
- Support daily office administration activities.
- Assist with commercial proposals and quotations.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and corporate materials.
- Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and logistics.
- Provide administrative support for sales and business development activities.
- Maintain sales-related records and documentation.
- Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly:
- Excel (intermediate level or above)
- PowerPoint
- Word
- Experience creating professional presentations and reports.
- International or multicultural work experience is a plus.
