Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their business challenges and system requirements. You will provide expert advice on integrating various business and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Your role includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journeys, while collaborating with stakeholders to design functional and application solutions that meet business needs. You will actively contribute to shaping effective integration strategies that support seamless technology adoption and business process improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure integration solutions are aligned with overall business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Good To Have Skills: Java Full Stack Development, Python (Programming Language), Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience with API design and management to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration capabilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
