About the Company
Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline that’s shaping the future of flying. It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.
About the Role
Are you passionate about keeping aviation finance accurate, controlled, and seamlessly connected across complex maintenance and procurement systems? This role is central to supporting accurate accounting and reporting for AMOS-related transactions across maintenance, materials, inventory, procurement, work orders, and supplier invoices. It plays an important part in ensuring reliable financial records, strong controls, and timely issue resolution across a fast-moving operational environment. A core part of the role is validating transaction data before posting and performing reconciliations between AMOS and Oracle Fusion. This includes identifying variances across payables, accruals, inventory, and maintenance cost postings to protect data integrity and reporting accuracy. Working closely with Finance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and Operations, the position focuses on investigating interface errors, unmatched transactions, and mapping issues. Clear audit trails, supporting evidence, and well-maintained documentation are essential to keeping processes controlled and audit-ready. The role also supports month-end close and management reporting through reconciliation outputs, exception summaries, aging reports, and transaction analysis. In addition, it contributes finance input to system enhancements, control design, and process improvements that strengthen efficiency and reduce recurring issues.
This is a critical role where your financial accuracy, systems insight, and attention to detail will directly strengthen operational finance control and support our world-class airline ambition.
