Responsabilidades:
Gerenciar e operar a infraestrutura e as operações em conformidade com os acordos de nível de serviço (SLA) e de experiência.
Manter uma infraestrutura de tecnologia da informação confiável e segura para atender às necessidades da organização.
Identificar e implementar melhorias contínuas para aprimorar a qualidade dos serviços e a eficácia operacional.
Colaborar com colegas para garantir uma gestão de infraestrutura eficiente e sem interrupções.
Monitorar métricas de desempenho e atuar de forma proativa na resolução de problemas para manter os padrões de serviço.
O QUE VOCÊ PRECISARÁ TER:
- Proficiência avançada em Gestão Financeira de TI (IT Financial Management).
- Proficiência avançada em Microsoft Excel.
- No mínimo 1 ano de experiência em habilidades ou áreas relacionadas.
- Graduação completa em área relevante.
