Production Supervisor – Night Shift
We are seeking a Production Supervisor based in our Ranson location.
Schedule: 6:00pm – 6:00am 2-2-3
Pay: $70,000 - $100,000

Your future team:
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is on the factory floor overseeing a team of 10-15 operators and technicians. You’ll be responsible for enabling your team to achieve production goals while maintaining safety and quality.
What you will be doing:
Safety & Environment
- Foster a safety-first culture on the production floor
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to prevent recurrence
- Train and coach your team on safe work practices and environmental compliance
- Conduct daily safety walkthroughs and address hazards immediately
Production & Quality
- Oversee daily production to meet quality standards, production schedules, and deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Manage staffing and other production costs within budget while maintaining output targets
- Troubleshoot production delays and quality issues in real time
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop your production team
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans for advancement
- Serve as first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalating as appropriate
- Hold regular one-on-ones to provide feedback and support
Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational problems and implement solutions with your team
- Use daily management practices (huddles, tracking, problem-solving) to drive improvements
- Share best practices across shifts and with other departments
- Work with other departments including maintenance and warehouse to improve processes and efficiency
What you bring:
- Technical Degree/Certification or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Prior experience supervising team strongly preferred
