Working closely with the Office Manager and Marketing & Engagement Manager, you'll provide administrative and office support across the wider business, with exposure to project teams, senior management, events and marketing activities.
This is a role that offers genuine variety, flexibility and the opportunity to develop your skills across multiple areas of a growing business. With a team of approximately 40 people, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering quality outcomes through a collaborative, reliable and solutions-focused approach.
The culture is highly supportive and flexible, with a genuine focus on employee wellbeing and work-life balance. You'll join a team that values collaboration, celebrates success and creates an environment where people feel valued and supported. Employees enjoy flexible working arrangements, team activities, social events and a generous wellbeing program, alongside opportunities to work closely with project teams and senior management.

Candidate Profile
You'll be a positive, personable and adaptable individual who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting a busy team. Strong communication skills, confidence and a professional presentation are important, particularly given the reception and phone responsibilities of the role. You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities, with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods.
Previous administration or office coordination experience will be highly regarded, although this role could also suit a business graduate looking to start their career or someone returning to the workforce. Experience across events, social media, marketing or the construction industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
You'll have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to learn new systems and processes. Most importantly, you'll bring a warm personality, a willingness to learn, confidence in dealing with people and a genuine desire to contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
