What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Business Support Specialist (Law 68/99) on a permanent basis within our Customer Service division. This position falls under our Cross Borders line of business and is based from our Rome office. In this role you will take day-to-day responsibility for the Customer Service and Customer Account Executive teams, to help deliver a high-performance culture that is aligned to both strategic and revenue generating initiatives, whilst delivering a first-class service to both internal and external customers. You will report into the Head of Sales and regularly collaborate with other teams across the division.

As a Business Support Specialist (Law 68/99), Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
- Looking at investigations on returned wire and ask recall of payments: Once BS is informed from Ops that a payment was returned, we update immediately, the clients and their AE about this query. Also following the clients’ requests and instructions, we place a recall when the payment is wrong.
- Looking at Wire waits: Following OPS request contact AEs or client to provide full missing info to release payments
- Creating different transactions reports, providing Swift copies, providing a constant, proactive and strong support to AE’s and clients.
- Looking at Vostro reconciliation: When the clients asked information about their Vostro, maybe for a mismatch or any doubts, BS helps them to create a list, and a report to clarify with them the balance
- Claiming incoming amounts and match payments to release
- Providing online support for our online platform, providing a constant, proactive, and strong support to clients.
- Checking with operation: Following clients/AEs requests, checking Incoming payments and our bank account with operations department
- Invoicing requests from Compliance: Managing directly with the clients all invoices’ requests from Compliance.
- Focusing on Drawdown and, on request of clients or AEs, BS drawdown manually the forwards, creating for them the transaction requested.
Qualifications & Skills
- A good listener, who can work with stakeholders in other functions to achieve objective.
- Ability to keep composure under pressure.
- Eager to learn and accept a challenge.
- Understanding of FX Markets and Derivative products is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in similar field would be advantage.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Must be Fluent in English.
- Additional language skills would be an advantage (Spanish or French).

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is €30,000 – €35,000 gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process.
